Kyabram and Murchison Win the 100% Renewable Communities Bid

Central Victoria Solar City warmly congratulates the towns of Kyabram and Murchison who are the successful candidates in this round of the 100% Renewable Communities program.

CVSC received applications for support from 12 communities, including Bendigo, Donald, Woodend, Boort and Riddells Creek. Communities were selected based on criteria developed by CVSC which required communities to demonstrate: strong leadership, a track record in delivering community-led projects which highlighed volunteerism and in kind support, the community’s capacity to provide an energy assessor, and a considered approach regarding effective community engagement.
