EXHIBITORS

Exhibition space is available in the Banquet Room of the Capital Theatre during the Monday & Tuesday of the conference.

For the full conference price of $595 – we will provide a table and 2 chairs located in the same room as refreshments, which will attract a high volume of traffic at lunch, morning and afternoon tea breaks.

The price of the stand will include attendance at conference sessions and the dinner for one person per stand. Total cost including GST is $595.  A registration form will need to be completed along with a written request (email) for a stand.

Parking – Delegates are advised to walk from accommodation if possible.
All day parking in the city area is limited.

TRAVEL OPTIONS TO BENDIGO

1. Train from Southern Cross Station in Melbourne to Bendigo. This is a 2 hour trip and there are approx ten services per day.  http://www.vline.com.au/pdf/timetables/bendigo.pdf/bendigo

2. There are no direct flights to Bendigo, closest airport is Melbourne (Tullamarine).  An airport shuttle bus has at least five services per weekday and three on a weekend. http://www.bendigoairportservice.com.au/

3. There are regular buses from the Bendigo station up Mitchell Street to View Street.  The Eaglehawk bus Route 3 is the best option.

4. By Road – Via Tullamarine Freeway then merge onto Calder Freeway – approx 2 hours to Bendigo- Freeway most of the way.

5. Alternative route is via the Hume Freeway/Highway, exit onto Northern Highway towards Wallan/Kilmore and then onto McIvor Highway through Heathcote to Bendigo.  Time approx 2 ¼ hours.
